Terms of Service

By using Fyndercode, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. The Service

Fyndercode is a creator discovery and commerce platform offering unique creator codes, real-time chat, creator shops, photo galleries, and an in-app wallet.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Fyndercode. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

  • You are responsible for activity under your account and unique creator code.
  • Provide accurate information when signing in via Google or Facebook.
  • Do not share your account or impersonate another person.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Post illegal, hateful, harassing, or explicit content.
  • Scam, defraud, or mislead other users, including in shop listings.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service.
  • Spam other users via chat or fake profiles.

Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent ban. See our Community Guidelines.

5. Creator Shops & Payments

  • Creators are responsible for the accuracy of their listings and fulfilling orders.
  • All payments are processed by Razorpay. Fyndercode does not store card details.
  • Wallet top-ups are non-refundable except where required by law or in case of a failed transaction.
  • Disputes between buyers and creators should first be raised via support@fyndercode.com.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting, you grant Fyndercode a limited license to display and distribute it within the app to operate the service.

7. Intellectual Property

The Fyndercode name, logo, design, and code are our property. Do not copy or reuse them without written permission.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for user-generated content or creator transactions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fyndercode is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

You may delete your account anytime (see Data Deletion). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Indian courts.
