Community Guidelines

Fyndercode is built on trust between creators and their communities. These guidelines keep everyone safe.

✅ Be Respectful

Treat every creator and user with respect. Healthy debate is welcome; harassment, hate speech, bullying, and discrimination are not.

✅ Be Authentic

Use your real identity. Social verification (Google, Facebook) helps build trust. Impersonation, fake profiles, and misleading shop listings are prohibited.

✅ Keep Content Safe

No nudity, sexual content, or graphic violence.
No content promoting self-harm, dangerous acts, or illegal activity.
No content involving minors in inappropriate contexts.
Only upload photos you own or have rights to use.

✅ Sell Honestly

Describe shop items accurately — no misleading photos or claims.
Fulfill orders on time and communicate delays.
No counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited goods.
Never ask buyers to pay outside the app's secure Razorpay system.

❌ Zero Tolerance

Immediate permanent bans apply for: child exploitation content, terrorism-related content, fraud/scams, and threats of violence.

Reporting & Enforcement

1st violation: content removal + warning.
2nd violation: temporary suspension (7 days).
3rd violation: permanent account ban.

To report a user or content, email support@fyndercode.com with the user's code and details. Reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
