Account & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. This page explains how to delete your Fyndercode account and what happens when you do.

How to Request Deletion

Option 1 — In the app: Go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account and confirm.

Option 2 — By email: Send a request from your registered email address to:

Subject: "Account Deletion Request" — include your unique creator code (e.g. nova-0001)

What Gets Deleted

Your profile, name, avatar, and unique creator code.
Your photo galleries and uploaded content.
Your chat messages and conversation history.
Your shop listings and linked social verifications.
Your push notification tokens and device data.

What May Be Retained

Transaction records (wallet top-ups, orders) — retained as required by financial regulations, without personal identifiers where possible.
Anonymized analytics — aggregated data that cannot identify you.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 48 hours.
Personal data is fully removed from active systems within 30 days.
Backups cycle out within 90 days.

Important Notes

⚠️ Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Your unique code may become available to new users after deletion. Remaining wallet balance is forfeited unless local law requires a refund — contact support before deleting if you have a balance.
